The property’s Agostini manor house, which dates back to 1494, was recently renovated to create Il Palazzo, a boutique hotel. Two residential properties are offered: Villa San Marco, which has whole-ownership lake villas from $765,000 and whole-ownership hillside villas for $1.2 million; and Sughera, which will offer seven residences starting at $2 million.• Marriott’s 47 Park Street (London) London’s first fractional property, 47 Park Street offers five-star hotel service with the feel of home ownership. Located near Hyde Park and Mayfair’s smart shops, 47 Park Street offers owners private access to Le Gavroche restaurant; health club membership at the Club at Park Lane; access to Spa Illuminata; and membership in the British Luxury Club. Shares in one of the 49 one- and two-bedroom suites are available in 21-day increments and are priced starting at around $174,000.• Domaine de Terre Blanche (France) Developed by German software magnate Dietmar Hopp, Domaine de Terre Blanche is located on the border of France’s Var and Alpes-Maritimes regions, and is tucked away in an area known as “secret Provence.” The first Four Seasons resort in Europe, the property includes a main building atop a slope, and 115 one and two-story villas located downhill. Lots range from one-half to two and a half acres and are priced from about $1.3 million.• Ultimate Resort (Multiple Locations) Labeled by its president as “an affordable luxury destination club,” Ultimate Resort has properties in Los Cabos, Mexico; New York City; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Steamboat Springs, Colo.; Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.; and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Members pay a one-time fee of $150,000, with annual dues ranging from $10,000 to $14,000. The average value of the residence is $1.5 million to $2 million.• Simplicity International/Private Portfolio Club (Multiple Locations)Simplicity International’s first destination club, Private Portfolio Club, comprises two membership options: the Home Portfolio, where members can travel easily to their vacation destinations, and the Lifestyle Portfolio, where chosen destinations match lifestyle interests. In the first of three different Home Portfolio programs provide 36 members with access to homes in Nantucket, Mass.; South Beach, Fla.; Lake Sunapee, NH; Manchester, VT; Nevis, West Indies; and Jackson Hole, WY. Properties in the second and third Home Portfolios will be determined. Lifestyle Portfolios will offer golf, skiing, beach, urban and European destinations.• Dream Catcher (10 Properties) Known for its unprecedented level of personalized service, Dream Catcher offers ten properties with an average price of $10 million include locales as varied as Jackson Hole; Cabo San Lucas; La Quinta and Napa Valley, Calif.; and beaver Creek and Telluride, Col. This list will be expanded to include European properties in Tuscany, Paris and London. • BelleHavens (Five Properties) Billing itself as the first equity destination club, BelleHavens provide members with the opportunity to own the club’s diversified property portfolio, which includes: BelleSummit (ski areas); BelleSol (beach and golf locations); BellePlaza (urban locations); BelleVentures (cruises, adventures and special events); and BelleVista (regional destinations). Three membership-level options start with one-time fees ranging from $175,000 to $200,000. Membership locations include Jackson Hole; park City and Midway, Utah; Hawaii’s Kohala Coast; and Playa del Carmen, Mexico.• Signature Destinations (Nine Locations) The only regionally focused private residence club in the country, Signature Destinations targets the “mass affluent,” with travel preferences located within driving range from the member’s primary residence. Vacation homes are situated in nine target metro areas, including California’s Bay Area, the Rocky Mountains and the Carolinas.
