Although Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, will not open to the public until this summer, owners of the property’s villas and fractional units are now able to get a sneak peek at the resort, which is located on 24 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean and will include a 66-room Capella hotel and a 10,000-square-foot Auriga spa.

Residential options include 19 four- to six-bedroom Capella Pedregal Casonas (priced from $2.9 million for whole ownership or $490,000 for a one-eighth share), 31 three- and four-bedroom Capella Pedregal Residences (priced from $2.8 million for whole ownership or $490,000 for a one-eighth share), and a single 12,000-square-foot estate home (priced at $9 million). All of the residences have been completed, and half of them have been sold.

Each home comes fully furnished and features such unique details as murals by local artists, cactus-plaster walls, and color palettes inspired by the tones in the surrounding landscape. Ownership benefits include a majordomo to help with everything from preparing margaritas to babysitting, as well as access to the Capella Pedregal Yacht Club and its fleet of Viking yachts.
