The site is designed so that, with just a few clicks, users can peruse a world of offerings, from a two-bedroom flat in Iceland to a five-bedroom villa in Malta. Searches can be sorted by price in a wide range of currencies, property type, home features, or by number of bedrooms—in any one of 32 languages.The site also contains a news service that posts real estate headlines from around the globe. Plans are under way to expand the website to include U.S. properties by the end of this year. And for those unwilling to make a long-term commitment, Properazzi.com also offers rental properties.
