Pond Bay on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands

Auberge Resorts just announced that it will manage Folio Collection’s new Pond Bay development on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The private community—a sister property to Folio’s Isle de France Club on St. Barts—is slated for completion at the end of this year, at which time members will be able to exchange their time at Pond Bay for time at Auberge Resorts’ other residence clubs: Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley; Esperanza in Los Cabos, Mexico; Rancho Valencia in Rancho Santa Fe, California; and the Village Homes at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina.

The 15-acre Pond Bay community will offer 50 contemporary Caribbean-style three- and four-bedroom cottages and villas, a beachfront swimming pool, a beach club, a restaurant, and a 10,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. Pre-completion prices start at $315,00 for a one-tenth share.
